XXO

SOFT, STRUCTURED AND VERY FRUITY

We are very proud to present the first XXO in Organic Farming. This cognac comes from a blend of eaux de vie, the youngest at 14 years old. It is a structured cognac, very fruity. The eaux de vie that make up this XXO have aged in new oak barrels of coarse grain type Limousin.

Dégustation

ROUNDNESS, SOFTNESS AND DELICACY

After a few years of tannin extraction, they finished aging in old barrels in the humid cellars of the family estate. This type of environment offers roundness and softness to the eaux de vie. It is this softness that allowed us to keep its title at 43.5% rather than 40%. We thus avoid any excessive dilution of the delicate aromas that compose it.

Bouche : cinnamon, tobacco and dried flowers, candied fruits

Couleur : amber, with golden highlights

Nez : explosive notes of candied fruits and compotes, sweet spices of cinnamon

Palais : it is a round and rich cognac, structured

Finale : fresh finish, liquorice notes
