"I have been operating my vineyard in organic farming for more than 20 years now I inherited a healthy land that I want to pass on and even perpetuate in the future.
Respect for the environment must be one of the major commitments of future generations. What land are we going to leave for our children tomorrow ? I would like to dedicate this cognac to future generations and to my children in particular. The transmission symbolizes for me the fruit of a careful and conscientious work of a generation ready to pass the baton to the next. We are just here to pass things on."

STRUCTURED WITH A NICE ROUNDNESS IN THE MOUTH

Many years of aging have been necessary to elaborate TRANSMISSION. There are fruity notes (black cherry) and floral notes (dried flowers) on the palate. The first notes of the rancio appear in the finale.

Notes sensorielles

Bouche : Wood, cinnamon, candied ginger, prune, tobacco, vanilla

Couleur : Golden amber

Nez : Complex of fruits (black cherry) accompanied by floral notes (wild flowers) and some hot spices. Over time, the aromas evolve towards notes of candied fruits and spices and old wood

Palais : Full-flavored and rich. Explosion of spicy flavors and aromas.

Finale : Spicy finish of nutmeg and cinnamon. The rancio appears in the final.
